An ambitious, highly experienced, hands-on, and results-driven professional with over 20 + years of experience within hospitality operation, board level management, tax, legal, strategic finance, acquisition, business development, business consultancy and analysis.
Qualified as a ACMA CGMA with Chartered Institute of Management Accountant, Ikram spent his early years in the hospitality world working for a number of companies in senior management positions, including high-end hotel chains, a Michelin-starred restaurant, and an exclusive London private members’ club.
His finance career began with The Red Carnation Hotel Collection in 2007, the hotel group which featured in the Channel 5 “Inside the world’s Greatest Hotels”. In 2010, Ikram teamed up with world renowned Chef and entrepreneur, Nuno Mendes for the launch of his new restaurant Viajante where he led as Head of Finance.
Since, he has worked on short projects with number high profile hospitality businesses in London as Financial Mentor, Consultant and Finance Director such as Unlisted Collection Hotels, The Zetter Hotels, The Rose in Fulham, The Loose-Box in Westminster, Munich Cricket club in St James’ park and Parched London to name a few.
